My Journey to 2025
It’s been a while since I wrote to you, and as I reflect on this year, it feels like January 2024 was a lifetime ago. Not in a bad way—just in a "Wow, so much has happened!" kind of way.
I started the year in a haze of Elvis Presley biopic movies and T-Pain's On Top of the Covers.
A temporary escape from the deeper reality:
I needed a change.
A total uprooting of the tree.
That realization hit hard. I had to face some tough truths, have uncomfortable conversations (with myself), and take an honest look at where I was, why I was there, and where I wanted to go.
Here’s what I discovered:
When there’s no one else to blame, you gain the freedom to take full control of your growth. That truth brought me unexpected peace. It meant the power to improve my life was entirely my own.
Last year, I started The Artist’s Way and made it to week nine before falling off. But even those nine weeks changed me profoundly. I launched my business, grew more comfortable being visible online, and took leaps I wouldn’t have dared before. At the time, I still lacked the faith, clarity, and trust I’ve gained since.
Now, exactly a year later, I’m starting over at week one. This time, I know the magic lies in what I put into it. I’ve learned to speak my manifestations out loud, thanks to an incredible Tarot and Human Design reading in Sedona. As a Manifestor (just 10% of the world!), I discovered that my dreams must be voiced, or they risk manifesting in ways I don’t want.
So, here’s my commitment to 2025:
To let my voice be heard.
To boldly proclaim my dreams and make them a reality.
To support and facilitate healing for as many people as I can.
To nurture my connections and grow in community.
I'm just getting started. Thank you for being part of this journey—I can’t wait to see where it leads.

As we close out the year, I invite you to join me for a deeply restorative yoga practice, designed to connect you back to your true essence, which is love.
I’ll guide you through soothing breath-work, a calming meditation, and healing restorative poses, enhanced by both hands-on and group Reiki. I’ve also added new instruments to elevate your experience, including shamanic drumming and the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, creating an atmosphere of pure bliss.
I have mustered up the courage to bring in my own unique sound, my singing voice. It has been my greatest joy and have transformed this experience for so many.
