Thank you for subscribing to my newsletter. This is my first newsletter since creating Robin Daughter back in April.
I'm writing this from a place of love, expansion, and curiosity. This is meant to let you know what I'm up to, ways to work with me, and what I am loving right now!

Current Reality:
I'm still on a high from attend The Big One in Glendale, California hosted by Kyle Cease, with guest speakers Aaron Abke & Kim D'Eramo. This solo mission was about raising my vibration, to stop living in the past, and to witness the spiritual teachers who have shaped my recent expansion IRL.
To say this experience blew my expectations out of the water is an understatement. It was the most triggering, expansive, and enlightening experience I've ever had. I wept, dealt with major wounds, and had more "aha" moments than I can count.
The biggest realization was moving from a state of doing to a state of being. How can I approach every action from a higher vibrational state and not from lack and fear? What does it mean to not be run by my ego but to be guided and live through love and God? How can I start setting goals that are designed to change who I am, and stop ruminating on the how and focus on the why?
I'm finding these answers one day at a time with intention, humility, gratitude, and my deep, unwavering connection to a higher power.

Since diving into these teachings, I experience miracles regularly. I meet the most incredible people, and have expanded my love for myself deeply.
I realized I had been trying to fill a God-sized hole with people and things. This is like trying to fill a strainer with water—it's never going to happen. My desires have lessened, and I'm genuinely more content with my life.
These miracles no longer feel "crazy" or "unbelievable." They are completely believable and happen all the time.
Magic. Is. Normal.

Full Moon Ceremony at Unity Hot Yoga
This is a spin off of my monthly offering. The Full Moon on Sunday, July 21, 2024, is known as the Buck Moon. This name originates from Native American tribes who noted that July is when male deer, or bucks, grow their new antlers. The Buck Moon signifies a time of growth and transformation.
I will be offering a restorative yoga practice for a deeper rest and fewer pose changes than a typical yin class.
I will guide you through breath work followed by a full moon-specific meditation, allowing moments for contemplation, letting go of what no longer serves you, and cultivate gratitude to bring in new opportunities and transformation.
This peaceful journey will be enhanced by the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and the nurturing energy of Reiki, both filling the room and offered through gentle, hands-on touch.

Did you know that I can channel? Before you jump to conclusions and think I'm just a "woo-woo" lady who believes she's a witch, hear me out.
For me, channeling often involves seeing images or hearing words and questions that don't come from my conscious thoughts—they're sent to me. Yes, I have spirit guides (and so do you), but I keep it simple; I enter a meditative state to receive these messages for a higher source.
We all have the potential to channel. I've had this ability since childhood, although I suppressed it for most of my life, I've embraced it as part of who I am and see it as my gift to the world.
I offer in-person and virtual channeling, Reiki, and oracle card sessions. If you are looking for clarity on a specific situation, answers to your burning questions, or guidance on your life’s direction; let's work together.
