I am pleased to announce that I have launched my first-ever Women's Retreat for September 2024! This has been a long-held dream, and I am thrilled to have made it a reality.
This accomplishment wouldn't have been possible without the inspiring communities I am blessed to be a part of.

Tucked away in Bridgton, Maine, is a spectacular private residence overlooking the scenic Presidential Traverse and Mount Washington. Just 20 minutes from North Conway. Surrounded by beautiful rivers and beaches, this oasis is set back on a hillside with floor-to-ceiling windows, state of the art appliances, and an abundance of space for relaxing, yoga, connection, and dance in and outdoors.
This exclusive retreat destination, not open to the public, features a large open grass area where we
can sunbathe, ground, and have outdoor ceremonies freely.
